MCH CERTIFICATION

MCH Certification was a trusted name in corporate certification, but their digital platform was anything but. Complex processes were buried under unclear navigation, critical application forms had high abandonment rates, and enterprise clients were expressing hesitation about the brand's perceived professionalism online.

We built a custom Laravel platform with a structured document portal, a dramatically simplified application flow, and a UX architecture that mapped directly to how enterprise clients think about certification: by standard, by sector, and by urgency. Every interaction was designed to reduce cognitive load and increase completion rates.

Form abandonment dropped 65%, document downloads increased 200%, return user rates grew 88%, and four new enterprise clients were onboarded within the first year, directly attributing the decision to the improved digital credibility.
