Beauty products need a store that sells without pressure.
Halo Cosmetics was driving solid traffic through paid channels, but the on-site experience was losing customers at every stage. High cart abandonment, low email capture, and no systematic post-purchase communication meant the brand was paying to acquire customers twice.
We rebuilt the Shopify store around a full customer journey strategy: optimised product discovery and checkout flow on-site, a 12-step Klaviyo email automation sequence off-site, and iyzico payment integration to remove checkout friction for Turkish market customers. Every touchpoint was designed to feel like a recommendation, not a hard sell.
ROAS hit 3.0x on advertising spend, email revenue grew 78%, unsubscribe rates dropped 29%, and the build cost was recovered within 60 days of going live.
